HOW IT WORKS?SAVE TIME! QUICK EASY AND FUN FUNDRAISING TOOL!For your children’s health and safety. Our online fundraising tool is used for raising funds for playground equipment and shade structures to allow your children a healthy, fun, and safe environment in your school grounds. So how does it work? Well we have created an easy online fundraising system that allows you and your children have fun in the safety and security of your home, while increasing your fundraising potential. Here is how it works:- 1. REGISTER online – set up your school name, address and contact details. 2. CHOOSE two passwords a. administration password for your PTO chairperson to access the admin section of the account, and the second password to access your school donation pages that may be communicated to all your members and donors for their use. 3. LAUNCH your fundraiser by using our template to communicate with your parent body, informing them on what your PTA is doing and how they may get involved. 4. EMAIL CAMPAIGN use our online tools to create an effective email campaign. 5. FOLLOW-UP use our templates to continue follow up and advise parents on how the fundraiser is going and how much is being raised. 6. TRACK your progress by having a check on all the funds being donated real time. School fundraising is fun, easy and best of all raises more money in a quicker timeline.
